WebME Andromeda is the best for open world feels, and has a better variety of armors, but can feel a little empty at times. Mostly the outfit customization is probably not up to what you’re thinking, but there are many different armors for combat and a couple choices of outfits for civil matters. No photo mode that I know of though, so sorry there.
